Returns & Exchange

  1. If you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within 15 days for refund. Returns will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. The precise length depends on the payment provider used (e.g. PayPal, credit card company, etc).
  2. Items must be in unused condition, plus all accessories provided by the manufacturer.
  3. You must first contact us before sending any item back.
  4. For exchanging product(s), shipping back the original product to Dino Kiddo is paid for by the customer. The cost of shipping out the replacement product is paid for by Dino Kiddo.
  5. For return product(s), shipping back to Dino Kiddo is paid by the customer.
  6. Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer’s own expense.
  7. Returns or exchange of the product(s) will only occur once we received the product. By default, the refund amount cannot exceed the original order amount paid to DinoKiddo. DinoKiddo is not responsible for and has no knowledge about any bank fees or exchange rate charges that may occur. These fees are processed by the issuing bank and will not be refunded by Dino Kiddo.
  8. If an item is defective it will be replaced at our expense. Please note that we only cover the return shipping cost up to the amount that it cost to send it to you in the first place. We do not exchange as many items are custom made.

Shipping Information

  1. We provide priority shipping, UPS or DHL service.  Tracking numbers will be provided for the product(s) you ordered. 
  2. We also provide Canada Post standard air shipping, proof of shipping will be emailed to customers, the duration of delivery will be slightly longer than priority shipping.  
  3. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Dino Kiddo’s control once it leaves our facility, we suggest that if customers have a special occasion or event that they wish to use their item for, such as a birthday gift, that they order their items well in advance. Dino Kiddo cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
  4. In the event Dino Kiddo cannot supply a product you ordered in a timely fashion, we will contact customers and offer to cancel the order and refund purchase prices in full.
  5. Shipping and delivery times are calculated on working days from Monday to Friday. In the case of major holidays such as Christmas, please allow extra delivery time. During those special occasions we will provide notices to reflect possible delays.
  6. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. Dino Kiddo cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and Dino Kiddo is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.
  7. Dino Kiddo cannot be held responsible for any package that does not make it through the local customs and is destroyed due to the item being illegal in the destination country. Customers are solely responsible for complying with their local laws. We can also not be held responsible for any import tax that may occur and it is the customer’s sole responsibility to pay this fee, if any.
  8. All orders reported as “delivered” by shipping companies are considered delivered. Dino Kiddo cannot be made liable for non-delivery in this case.
